Get your Hevy Workout App data using Node.
The Hevy Workout (App Store) app has an API! Why not get my workout data and do something with it?
It’s just a simple Node script to get the workout data and write to JSON. From there, I’ve been throwing it into a Claude project and using a set of instructions to be my gym bro and asking it questions about my workouts, performance and experiences.
Every so often I feed the machines by throwing pictures of Olive into them and seeing what comes out. Here are some of the results.
Claude 3.5 Sonnet is my preferred LLM at the moment (i.e. the one I pay for) but struggles with decent roasts that are punchy
ChatGPT has done pretty well over the last year to roast Olive, with decent image parsing and getting some of Olive’s expressions out into the roast.
Olive is 3 years old and bit too smart for her own good. When she comes into the office she typically wanders around saying hello to people and tries to get into lifts.
